Problems continue in the transport industry

When Hanjin Shipping Co. entered bankruptcy last year, many ships with thousands of crew members and billions of dollars worth of goods were stranded in ports around the world. The failure of such large companies has affected many corporations, especially those for which Hanjin was a part of the traffic and transport chain. Marine transport is one of the main ways of international trade and economics. In Singapore, the captain Sundeep Khera describes the current state of the industry as "The Perfect Storm", explaining that ships are larger, there are more of them and still have enough cargo to be transported.
