Jugoturbina worked to satisfy its employees not only through working conditions but also to improve the living standards of all its employees and other citizens of Karlovac. Thus, during the years of its business, Jugoturbina organized various excursions and gatherings (Dance on Plitvice), opened a workers 'resort in Punat on Krlo, built a children's playground on Švarča, and organized workers' sports games in Karlovac.
Legal regulations made it possible to reunite the financial function of the entire system by establishing internal banks in large systems, such as Jugoturbina in 1978, whereby internal banks were given the opportunity to perform some banking operations to a limited extent. Taking into account the rational spending of liquid assets in the entire system of Jugoturbina, the decision was made to establish the Internal Bank SOUR Jugoturbina.
