For a example is the fact that in times of financial crisis, the company employed 35 graduate mechanical engineers, which was still insufficient given the volume of production. Due to the need for workers, a comprehensive and comprehensive program of support for education and engagement of workers has been defined.

The "Edvard Kardelj" steam turbine factory recently received orders from Turkey for the delivery of 700 diesel irrigation units. The centrifugal pump, the manufacturer's product, gives 800 liters of water per minute at a height of 25 meters, which can indicate quite large plots of land.

In the early 1970s, Yugoturbina had major known financial and development difficulties. We will list the most important ones:

- Underdeveloped sale of their products, processing of foreign markets, export and import.

Establishes development policy in the following directions:
- Organizes offer bureaus that process offers for the placement of engine and pump turbines with production.
- Develops export and import business functions.
- Organizes financing of operations with banks and funds.
- Develops programs of new products and components and provides funds for construction.
