American expert Professor John H. Perkins said that replacing fossil fuels with renewable energy requires not only continued investment, but also changes in investment decisions. He was speaking at the Professor David Pimentel Memorial Lecture during the ongoing three-day International Conference on Ecology in India. The conference is hosted by Sher-Kashmir University of Agricultural Science and Technology (SKUAST)-Jammu.
